Why am-I paying $149.95?
The fee you pay is used in consulting, the production of your digital
and print compcards and more importantly, for marketing this website
to photographers, casting agents and talent scouts. Also, a small
percentage of each membership is used toward overhead expenses for
our Tampa and Montreal based offices as well as administrative salaries
for our employees.
How do-I know my child will be seen by potential clients?
Through aggressive promoting using coaching and techniques we provide,
we are confident your child will get hired through our network.
Also since we pursue all media avenue available to us, it is likely
casting agent, photographers and/or production companies in your
area will use the same channels you used to find our website. The
bottom line is: If you found our website, so should potential clients!
However, since we do not control your local and/or remote market,
we cannot assure your child will get work through our casting network.
We invite you to discuss the likeliness of your child model/actor
being hired during your initial consultation.
Do I need professional photographs for my child's compcards?
No you do not. Our digital post production experts are masters
in using everyday photographs and tweaking them to casting perfection.
In most cases, candid photographs you already have will suffice
while in some cases, we are called to coach parents how to shoot
professional quality photos using standard digital cameras. Note
that professionally shot photographs could have copyrights limiting
you to use the photos therefor, we ask that all images submitted
to us for production hold royalty free rights.
Will I need to travel to get listed on Kids-for-Hire?
No you will not. Our services are available to you remotely though
e-mail, phone or in some cases live chat. Since we are experts in
remote consulting and coaching, you will never have to visit our
offices however, we need to remind you some traveling may be involved
as your child is contracted to work. Note that it will be up to
you or your child's manager to accept contract involving travel.
Where is Kids-for-Hire advertising?
We are currently purchasing media exposure through major search
engines which include but are not limited to MSN, Yahoo, Alta-Vista,
AOL and Google. We also send out press releases to major media organizations
throughout the United-States, Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
Are there additional fees involved to get listed on Kids-for-Hire?
None. Our annual fee for a single compcard is $149.95 or, a 30%
referral fee for any work generated through our website and/or compcards
produced by Kids-for-Hire. Our philosophy is that we believe
in a simple user friendly service and a "no strings attached"
approach. We provide each member with everything you need to be
successful in the child acting/modeling industry through remote
consulting, coaching, by marketing this website aggressively and
by updating our database on a regular basis which is at the root
of the immense popularity of Kids-for-Hire with photographers,
casting agents and talent scouts.
