Q. Are there any hidden charges other than the $5.00 sign-up fee?
A. None whatsoever. We guarantee this will be the best five bucks you'll ever spend on yourself. Imagine a new and improved you for the price of a cup of coffee and a donut. That's all, five dollars.

Q. Do I need equipment or machines for this exclusive workout?
A. Nope. Our array of exercises is tremendously diverse and beginners are not expected to use or own any specific equipment. However, advanced members and Club 500 graduates are encouraged to maximize their workouts by making full use of what's available to them. In essence, the more tools you have the better!

Q. Can I email Club 500 fitness professionals for help with my workouts?
A. Yes, as a Club 500 member you are entitled to use our support and/or consulting department at your convenience. Remember all emails are answered in the order they are received on a first come first serve basis.

Q. I'm a member and want to share my workout program with a friend, is that okay?
A. Not really. Since our enrollment fee is only $5.00, we encourage members to invite their friends and family to join for themselves. You'd be surprised how more involved people are when they have to sign-up rather than be the recipient of a freebie.

Q. Is the Club open to women?
A. Yes. Our programs are designed for both men and women.

Q. Can I incorporate other exercises in my program or am-I limited to what's on there?
A. Please do! When you have graduated or completed the first phase of your Club 500 workout, you are more than welcomed to diversify and/or modify your workout any way you like. We invite you to contact us to measure any activity not included in our charts so to help you maximize your workouts.

Q. Do you offer calorie/fat gram counting features?
A. Yes we do. Working in collaboration with strategic partners we now offer complete nutritional and exercise analysis which are essential tools in reaching or surpassing your fitness goals. Our value added features are award winning services established within the internet health and fitness industry.

Q. How do I know I'm going to lose weight or gain muscle?
A. Since results are not typical, there is no guarantee you will lose weight or gain muscle. However we have yet to report a single failure of our exclusive proprietary workout system with anyone who adhered to the terms of Le Club 500 workouts. Basically, if you do the work, you are certain to see and feel results. Though reaching or surpassing your goals are not guaranteed, your complete satisfaction is. If you are not completely satisfied with the features of your Club 500 membership, we will gladly refund your membership price.

Q. I want to join but don't want to use my credit or debit card. Can I pay with a check?
A. Unfortunately not at this time. Due to volume we are now accepting credit cards, debit or check cards or Paypal payments only.
